ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Rules and Regulations for Admission
The following rules and regulations govern the admission process at Agragami PU College. All students and their parents are required to carefully read and follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth admission process.
1. Application Submission
- Application Form: Admission applications must be submitted in the prescribed form.
- Submission Deadline: The completed application form must reach the Principal on or before the due date, as specified on the college notice board.
2. Benefits for Reserved Categories
- Government Benefits: All the benefits and privileges extended by the government to SC/ST and OBC students will be made available to eligible students at the college.
3. Required Documents
Applications should be accompanied by the following documents:
- Original Transfer Certificate from the last institution attended.
- Attested Marks Card of the qualifying examination.
- Latest Caste and Income Certificates (for SC/ST/OBC students).
- Xerox copy of Bonafide Certificate.
- 8 Passport-sized Photographs.
- Xerox copy of Aadhar Card.
- Original Eligibility Certificate and Migration Certificate (for students opting for a change of board).
- Original Change of College Certificate (if required for admission to II PU).
4. Migration & Eligibility for Students from Other States
- Students migrating from other states must submit Migration and Eligibility Certificates.
5. Language Selection
- Students applying for I Pre-University must choose the same language that was studied in their previous class.
6. Fee Payment and Refund Policy
- Non-refundable Fee: The fee once paid to the institution will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Fee Receipt: The fee receipt must be preserved and produced upon demand.
7. Provisional Admission
- Approval Pending: All admissions are provisional and subject to approval by the Department of Pre-University Education.
8. Incomplete Applications
- Rejection of Incomplete Applications: Any incomplete application will be rejected.
9. Fee Arrears and Attendance
- Non-submission of Forms: Students who have outstanding fee payments or a shortage of attendance will not be allowed to submit their application forms for any qualifying examinations.
